2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account or place any wager on the wim63 Platform. This requirement is mandatory under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. wim63 conducts age verification during registration and reserves the right to request additional identification documents at any time.
2.2 Jurisdiction. The Platform is intended for use by persons located in the Philippines where online gaming is permitted under PAGCOR licensing. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
2.3 Single Account. Each natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on wim63. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be terminated, with any associated balances subject to forfeiture.
2.4 Employee Exclusion. Directors, officers, employees, and contractors of wim63 and its affiliated entities, along with their immediate family members residing in the same household, are not eligible to register or wager on the Platform.

3.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. wim63 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account due to your failure to safeguard your login details.
3.3 wim63 requires that your registered name matches the name on the GCash wallet, bank account, or other payment method you use to deposit or withdraw funds. Mismatches may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
3.4 wim63 reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time. Players may be required to submit a valid government-issued identification document (e.g., Philippine passport, UMID, SSS ID, driver's license) and proof of payment method ownership.
3.5 Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
4.1 Supported Methods. wim63 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT (TRC20 network). All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100. Minimum and maximum limits for individual payment methods are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform and are subject to change.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes indicated in the cashier section. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes during operational hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
4.4 Withdrawal Verification. wim63 may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds. All withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the wim63 account.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. wim63 complies with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations under the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules. Transactions that trigger AML reporting thresholds will be reported to the AMLC as required by law.
5.1 wim63 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, or other promotional incentives from time to time. The specific terms, wagering requirements, eligible games, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal amounts for each promotion are set out in the individual promotion's terms, which form part of these Terms.
5.2 Bonuses are credited in Philippine Peso and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
5.3 Only one bonus may be active per account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
5.4 wim63 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim a bonus if it determines that the bonus was claimed through abuse, exploitation of system errors, or any form of fraudulent activity.
5.5 Players who have not completed the wagering requirement on an active bonus may not withdraw their bonus balance. Requesting a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements will result in cancellation of the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.
6.1 All games available on the wim63 Platform operate in accordance with the published rules for each game. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before wagering.
6.2 In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or system error affecting a live casino round or slot game, wim63 will review the relevant round logs and apply the outcome most fair to the affected player. Bets placed during a round that cannot be resolved due to a technical failure will be voided and the staked amount returned.
6.3 wim63 uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) for all non-live games. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical dealing and spinning as observed on video stream. All game outcomes are final once resolved by the dealer or system.
6.4 Any wager placed after the betting window has closed in a live casino game will not be accepted by the system. wim63 is not liable for bets that fail to register due to network latency on the player's side.

8.2 wim63 will share your personal information with PAGCOR and other Philippine regulatory authorities when required by law or regulation, including for AML reporting, player protection investigations, and licensing compliance audits.

9.1 All content on the wim63 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, interface designs, and written content — is owned by or licensed to wim63 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No other rights are granted.
9.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or exploit any wim63 content for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from wim63.
10.1 wim63 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous and error-free operation, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of bugs or errors at all times.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, wim63 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of gaming sessions due to network interruptions.
10.3 wim63's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to their wim63 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.1 wim63 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes the account has been used in breach of these Terms.
11.2 Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting wim63 support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance that has met withdrawal conditions will be returned to the player's registered payment method after required verification.
11.3 Self-exclusion requests made under the Responsible Gaming programme result in immediate suspension of the account for the requested exclusion period. The Company will not reopen a self-excluded account before the exclusion period expires.
12.1 In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, or bonus, the player must contact wim63 customer support via live chat or email within fourteen (14) days of the relevant event. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered.
12.2 wim63 will investigate all disputes using available server logs, game round records, and transaction histories. The Company's decision following a bona fide investigation shall be final, subject to any applicable PAGCOR dispute process.

12.4 These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts.

13.2 Players must be 21 years of age or older. wim63 will take immediate action to close any account found to belong to a minor and will report the matter as required by PAGCOR regulations.
